Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains how the current Android release of Ludo OG handles user and device data.
App: Ludo OG
Android package: co.za.bssza.ludoog
Developer and publisher: Bespoke Software Solutions (BSSZA), South Africa.
Privacy and support enquiries can be sent to info@bssza.co.za.
Ludo OG is an offline board game. The current release does not require an account and does not ask for a player's name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, files, payment information or advertising identifier.
The current release does not include advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking, social login, cloud accounts or online multiplayer services. BSSZA does not sell Ludo OG user data.
Ludo OG stores game information locally on the device so the app can function and remember the player's experience. This can include the current saved match, selected game mode, player count, chosen colour and piece style, game-speed setting and other presentation preferences.
This locally stored gameplay and settings information is not transmitted to BSSZA servers by the current release and is not treated as a BSSZA user account.
Local game data is used only to provide the game, restore a saved match, remember game choices and retain presentation settings on that device.
BSSZA does not use this local game data for advertising, profiling, marketing, credit decisions or sale to third parties.
The current release does not share gameplay or settings data with advertisers, analytics providers or other third-party SDK providers because those services are not integrated into the app.
The Settings screen can open this Privacy Policy in the device's browser. Once a player leaves the app, the browser and visited website operate under their own technical and privacy controls.
Ludo OG may use standard device vibration or haptic feedback for gameplay. The app does not use vibration to identify or track a player.
The core game does not require access to the camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS, call logs, health information or files in shared device storage.
Game saves and settings are kept in the application's local device storage. On Android, access to an app's private storage is controlled by the operating system. Because the current release does not send gameplay or settings data to BSSZA servers, BSSZA does not maintain a server-side copy of that local game state.
Local Ludo OG data remains on the device until it is replaced by newer local game state, cleared through Android app settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled. A player can therefore remove the locally stored Ludo OG data using the operating system's app-data controls or by uninstalling the app.
Ludo OG does not currently provide account creation, so there is no server-side Ludo OG account to delete and no account-deletion request is required for the current release.
Ludo OG is a general-audience board game and the current release does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. It does not contain behavioural advertising or user-tracking SDKs.
If a future release introduces features that collect personal information, online accounts, advertising or online services, this policy and any required in-app disclosures will be updated before or alongside those features.
BSSZA aims to keep the app's store disclosures consistent with this policy. For the current release, the intended disclosure is that Ludo OG does not collect or share personal user data through the app and does not contain ads.
Store declarations can change if the app adds new features or third-party services, so the disclosures for the version installed on a device should be read together with the current version of this policy.
This policy may be updated when Ludo OG changes, when privacy requirements change, or when new services are introduced. The updated date at the top of this page will change when material revisions are published.
Questions about Ludo OG, privacy, support or this policy can be sent directly to BSSZA.
